NO MINERAL RIGHTS HERE. Land is raw with some oilfield damage on parts. Much of it is clean pasture coming out of CRP. The only restrictions out here will be no COMMERCIAL shooting ranges and no junk yards. Great for homes, mobile homes, shops, Rvs, livestock. Power poles are there provided by Oncor.
Water: We did multiple test holes out here and have water reports from surrounding wells. On the west side, water is weak but it is there. We did multiple holes at 1-2 gpm wells. As you go to the south and to the east the water appears to get stronger from reports.
